Managed logistics, budgets, timelines, product sourcing, design, printing, and both third-party and in-house customization, with each item uniquely numbered for collectors. Embroidery, stamping, stickers, engraving, and laser cutting were just a few of the challenges navigated to bring the project to completion.

Conducted a rapid study of metal, wood, laser cutting, and finishing to direct collaboration between an Etsy woodworker, a laser cutting service, and a local engraver. Beyond design and direction, I handled final assembly and hand-sanded each tag to achieve a flawless matte finish.

Provided art direction alongside a talented illustrator to develop a worn-cover, retro illustration style for a notebook tied to the custom kit contents, the film’s rules, and practical note-taking pages. I prioritized conveying a low-budget, decayed print aesthetic within the constraints of rapid book printing services.
